Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers subscription payments for RubanBill, operated by Ruban Softwares, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
1. Free plan & trial
The Free plan is permanently free within its limits. New accounts may get a time-limited Pro trial at no charge - no card is required and nothing is billed when a trial ends; the account simply moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
2. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Subscription in your account. On cancellation you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after that.
4. Refunds
- Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, since the service is delivered immediately.
- If you were charged in error, or experienced a verified billing fault on our side, contact us within 7 days for a review and, where appropriate, a refund to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
5. How to request
Email info@rubansoftwares.com from your registered address with your business name and the payment reference. We respond within 3 business days.
